is FULL INCLUSIVE (transfer from FCO Rome airport, train-station
or hotel), all lessons (3-4 hours daily), accomodation

Course Programme
Breakfast will be always served at 9.00 a.m.
Sunday Day 1:
Welcome after 15.00 p.m. , accommodation in the room
, happy hour and dinner with music at 8.00 p.m..
Monday Day 2:
We get you cooking straight away with the morning hands-on
cooking lesson and practical demonstration at 10.00
a.m. After lunch we set off to villa D'Este and a guided
visit to this fascinating rinascimental - baroc Villa
in TIvoli . Dinner at home will be served at 8.00 p.m.
Tuesday Day 3:
We spend the morning in Villa Adriana exploring the
beauty of archeologic town of Hadrian Emperor, then
back to the Hotel Adriano for lunch at 13.00pm. At 16.00
p.m. the lesson of watercolours made by Patrizia Cinelli.
Dinner at home will be served at 8.00 p.m.
Wednesday Day 4:
At 10.00 in the hall. We visit beautiful Rome all day
long . Then dinner in a typical Roman trattoria at 8.00
p.m.
Thursday Day 5:
We start up the day with a hands-on cooking lesson and
practical demonstration at 10.00 a.m, followed by a
gorgeous lunch at home. At 4.30 p.m. we set off for
a tour in a cellar in Frascati and you can buy there
local wine - there'll be tasting of course! - then back
home to the Hotel for dinner at 8.00 p.m.
Friday Day 6:
After our morning hands-on cooking lesson and practical
demonstration and lunch. Afternoon free (if you like
, you can play tennis). At 8.00 p.m.Gabriella and Patrizia
prepare a happy hour and a typical Roman barbecue party
for you.
Saturday Day 7:
At 9.00 a.m. lesson of Hadrian LANTERNE with Patrizia
Cinelli. After lunch (and a rest!) we get busy cooking
sweets and pizza. A Festive Farewell Dinner is served
at 8.30 p.m.
Sunday Day 8:
The Memorie di Adriano School team say their goodbyes
- and alla prossima! - to our guests at 11.00 a.m. We
hope you have enjoyed your staying with us and that
the culinary experience was both inspirational and enjoyable.
